Even if I click in other boxes on the page, I cannot get the smileys to update

If an interview question is frequently used, but not in the question library, there should be an option to submit it to the question library for consideration.

Would like the ability to export a filtered display from nav into excel for starred items--currently no way to filter for starred items in excel output.

When looking at the Change Impacts those with multiple different impact levels appear as duplicates when looking in the Table View because you cannot see the column where the various impacts are noted. Please see attached for example....two change...

When adding a new job to an organization, I want to be able to track this as an impact. However, I cannot log impacts without tagging an impacted stakeholder group. If a job is new, then no current state stakeholders are impacted.

Most questions have a positive high rating (i.e. low change risk); however for a few questions, a high rating/score implies a negative or high risk finding. We need to code the system to represent it correctly on the interview graph.

Convert current 0-10 scale for interview questions to a 5 point scale (Likert) for both Agree/Disagree and High/Low scales

When you log an impact, and the Impact Category is "Process", one of the options for Impact Sub-Category should be "standardization" which is a common impact in many business transformation projects.
