Leverage mAC or SDC to input activities

Good day! Change Navigator is an awesome product, yet still requires manual entry of change management or adoption activities. I successfully leveraged the myAdministrativeConcierge team to input all our adoption activities from 6 different Google Docs and Sheets. Going forward, the mAC team will input activities from one Google sheet into CN.

In every instance that CN is used, I suggest mAC or SDC talent should be utilized. There are two distinct benefits: 

  1. Focuses client service consultants time and attention on in person client engagement (highest and best purpose)
  2. Helps to increase profitability of engagement delivery

    Thanks Meredith! This is very helpful feedback. So you know, we are building out several tools in Navigator this Spring that are designed specifically for ingesting and scheduling multiple activities and impacts into the tool. Stay tuned!
