Auto map the data file columns to the standard fields in CN.
For example, Email, Employee Number, First, Last column headers from the data file would automatic be matched to the standard fields of the same title. In addition similar titles in the file could be auto mapped as well.

For example:

"Employee #" (file)  would auto map to "Employee Number" (Standard Field)
"First Name" (file)  would auto map to "First" (Standard Field)
"Job Description" (file)  would auto map to "Role" (Standard Field)

User would be able to change the mappings if the are not correctly auto mapped before proceeding.
