Tiered User Access to Change Navigator (more nuanced access)

Design some more incremental levels of access to the Navigator for certain stakeholders that would let them see only SOME elements of the content.
Here's a few use cases:

  • Client is doing a reorg, and some of the impacts should not be visible to certain level of staff... but we need to partner with clients who shouldn't see that info to give them visibility into the change plan.

  • Subjective assessment of certain stakeholders / stakeholder groups' readiness and commitment is sensitive.  Client exec wouldn't want this info to get out, even to a small number of people who have access to the list of impacts, stakeholder groupings, or the overall change plan.

  • Interview notes may need to be anonymous or confidential to certain individuals, even as those people should see almost everything else in the tool.

Could we think about modifying levels of security so that it's more than just View or Edit?  Instead could be specified, individual by individual, what they have access to even view, let alone edit?  Maybe at the tab level (e.g., Stakeholders vs Insights vs Planning) to start, and could get more granular from there?
