As an alternate to uploading an employee data file, the user can quickly add the headcount of roles, locations etc quickly. These employee placeholders can be used the same way to build stakeholder groups.
This excludes specific employee info but still provides estimated or exact metadata to still show the relative make up of employees.

Would also be great if we can add stakeholders directly in the tool...so if it was not in the Data Upload template originally and then you had to create a stakeholder group with additional names, adding them directly into the tool save you time as you do not need to again reorganize all the original stakeholder names into the various groups.
