Execution Dashboard w/ Comms Integration & Performance Levers (categories)
- Allow client to keep using app after we leave by pre-paying for maintenance hours
- Create exec execution dashboard that has suggested next steps
- Send out knowledge check surveys through Communicator and pull in results to Navigator
- Pull Comms usage analytics into Navigator dashboard
- Alex: We need to consider 5-10 key levers that define how we articulate success for change management and the things that drive it. Those levers should be what the stakeholder questions center around, they should feed the deliverables tab, etc.
