For projects with a lot of detailed impacts, it becomes difficult to fit the word limits and makes the impact too vague and therefore not as useful for someone logging in and reviewing them for the first time. Or can the notes be visible after you add them, rather than having to click into each (so people know which impacts require more context). Some off/on options here would be useful.

Stakeholder Names - I do not have enough characters to properly indicate Stakeholder Group names. Change Impacts - really do not have enough characters to adequately describe a future state.
