Phase Overlaps - Given a program and multiple work streams / projects that sit underneath - you cannot have overlapping phases within Navigator. When you have discrete individual projects there will be overlaps and deployments
With multiple work streams there will be overlapping phases. Currently the system blocks overlapping phase dates.

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! Going to encounter problems with this immediately on one program with phases not being able to overlap, because phases are really separate sets of work that all kick into effect at different times. Have had other programs where different geographic go-lives are happening in a cycle, and one country is T-60 days out from going live and doing activities, while another country is T-30 days out and also doing activities. In theory a portfolio view could address some of this problem, but would like to be able to think about this within one plan. High priority for me! -Liz
