Helps users pick the right sub-category for an Impacts Category - because today they get a list of all subcategories to choose from within the Excel as it does not filter out the relevant subcategory options based on the Impact Category they select in the template (this is only available online in Nav) - this could lead to errors in data capture. Use Christian Holsten's excel to add the mapping into the Guideline tab in the Excel template.
