Currently, the 'Impacts being Addressed' dropdown under 'Create New Activity' pop-up table only shows IDs of the Workstream that was selected in this table. And the Workstream dropdown is single-select type.
As a result, if an activity is, let's say having a Training that addresses multiple Impacts across Finance and IT workstreams, user can't do that. User can only create Training for one workstream at a time, in this case either Finance or IT. In reality, Change Management programs have a lot of cross-functional activities and the tool doesn't reflect that.
I am also finding this to be a challenge for my current project. It is very rare that a single communication or training activity will only tie to one workstream. And it is helpful to show client that activities are efficient and cross-functional.
