This is helpful when a lot of stakeholder tags are used to compensate for the limited number of columns in the employee data template. So for me to filter on stakeholder tags it is easy to do so in the tool than downloading the whole data and converting text to columns. Again there will be an issue of inconsistent sequence of the tags so it becomes very complicated. Where as since filtering in the tool is easy for the same, it would be very beneficial to be able to download this filtered data instead of the whole dataset.
