When I use the call-out section to change a change impact category to "strategy" the "sub-category" drop-down selection doesn't appear....see attached image where the "sub-category" drop-down is not populating.

Add the ability to add key insights for each variable listed on insights tab. This would be an easier way to document rationale for the ratings.

Save filters under a specific name so that data views can be saved and recalled.

Navigator should have a spot to identify any potential change risks, so that these can be summarized and reported on, as well as monitored & mitigated for a successful change program & adoption.
